Preparing the ground for automated crisis identification

At a time when the world is being shaken by many global challenges, it is becoming more and more important to establish a system which allows any form of national crisis to be identified as early as possible.

Infocentric Research was commissioned by a national government to conduct a feasibility study to try to find out whether a state can use semantic web-based technology to establish an early-warning system for impending crises. The goal of this early-warning system is to identify potential national risks by using semantic technology.
